"ArrozCaldoForTheHeart"Arroz caldo is a hearty Filipino congee/"lugaw" and topped with crunchy fried garlic. The result is a quick, comforting bowl that's a perfect rainy time meal (and rivals chicken soup for its ability to sooth those suffering from a cold). Like this famous blend of culture dish, this blog aims to share Christian Living inputs such as insights or opinions, original stories and the like from the compilations of the projects of his students for the past decade. May these readings sooth the sunken soul, tired heart and stressed body.

"Dianne"

by: Gwan Young, Park 9A

First of all, What is marriage..?

Marriage, also called matrimony or wedlock, is a socially or ritually recognized union or legal contract between spouses that establishes rights and obligations between them, between them and their children, and between them and their in-laws.The definition of marriage varies according to different cultures, but it is principally an institution in which interpersonal relationships, usually sexual, are acknowledged. In some cultures, marriage is recommended or considered to be compulsory before pursuing any sexual activity. When defined broadly, marriage is considered a cultural universal.

In 2020, There was boy name Eric, he was a normal student in Seoul University. One day there was a new student, Her name is Dianne, she has the most adorable smile, and she is very smart, beautiful, and perfect. They became classmates, and Eric fell in love with Judy. So Eric tried to talk to her, and he wanted to be with her every time. Judy was the only girl who can make Eric happy. They were always together wherever they go, and then  they became best friends forever life. Eric and Judy were the best couple in the Seoul University. They were so close like brother and sister. After 4 years, They graduated the university, during the Graduation Ceremony, Eric asked Judy to be his wife, ”Judy you are the best girl I ever met in this world, will you marry me..?”

She replied with her adorable smile, “ Of Course Eric!, I love you more than anyone in this world!” So the graduation and  the proposal were perfectly done, so Eric and Judy had a marriage in a beautiful beach in Korea. They invited their families and best friends, it was the beautiful marriage ever in their life. They have 2 kids their names are Jack and Elsa they were very pretty and handsome just like their parents. And Eric and Judy lived happily ever after with their kids. 

  1. Are you sure not 2012? Haha good job Eric! I liked the story and you could feel the passion put into each of the words you gave. I don't get why you changed the name to Judy half way through but nice job anyways!

  3. Good story, I like how everything was simple. I liked the intro of explaining marriage. It could help to those who don't know the true definition of marriage. I got confused though when the names changed. Over-all it's a pretty good story, would recommend

  7. Pul Ona 9C Good job Eric. Still don't know why you named it Dianne if you ended up with Judy, but eh I ain't gonna judge. Story was straight, generalized but complete. Ok story flow, hard to sensibly follow but understandable enough. Could be better if you elaborated more, but good job anyways. Yep, good job... Good job.

  9. Da walrus still rekts you. Good job Eric, but from Dianne to Judy what? The story is nice since it explains what a marriage is and how it starts. The story was straight since Eric just wrote what he did to have that relationship. There is also one part that i didn't understand like from Dianne to Judy.

  16. Hello. The story's introduction was well a bit boring though... Also later on, the girl's name changed from Dianne to Judy which was really confusing. Except that, the story was overall good. Terms were used well in order to express his own thought.
