arrozcaldofortheheart

"ArrozCaldoForTheHeart"Arroz caldo is a hearty Filipino congee/"lugaw" and topped with crunchy fried garlic. The result is a quick, comforting bowl that's a perfect rainy time meal (and rivals chicken soup for its ability to sooth those suffering from a cold). Like this famous blend of culture dish, this blog aims to share Christian Living inputs such as insights or opinions, original stories and the like from the compilations of the projects of his students for the past decade. May these readings sooth the sunken soul, tired heart and stressed body.

    1. Morality is your principals that help you define what is right and what is wrong.
    2. it is the belief everyone bears the dignity of being created in the image of God.
    3. I feel that it's important for one to live a moral life, however each person has different set of morals which can be influenced by many factors one of which is religion. So just because you're are not a Christian doesn't mean that you don't have right morals.
4.your religion and your parents also ten environment you grow up in has a great affect in what you believe in.
    5. they are things that can help us lead and live good loves to help us become good members of society.

    1. Morality is one's perception of right and wrong.
    2. Christian morality is following the commandments set by God.
    3. One does not have to be Christian to live a moral life. One must simply follow what one believes is right.
    4. Family is a factor in the development of the morality of a person. People learn first and foremost from their family.
People are also a factor, as those around a person could influence their morality.
Finally, a person's upbringing is a factor in the development of morality, as what they are taught by the family is what they believe is right.
    5. There must be a balance between the three. Having only doctrine would produce memorized passages with no belief. Having only morals would lead to faithlessness. And having only worship would create fanatics.
    6. Responsible freedom is the freedom to do what you believe is right, and not just what you want. For example, the freedom to study for an upcoming test instead of freely slacking off.

    1. Morality is a set of beliefs that guide a person to differentiate right from wrong.
    2. Christian morality is the application of the lessons in the bible to ones life.
    3. No, religion does not dictate what kind of life you live. It all depends on the persons choice of what kind of person he/she wants to be.
    4. Firstly, parents. Parents are the childrens first teachers and they provide the biggest influence on the child. Secondly, the environment. Children see, children do. If the people around them live a moral life, then they will most likely end up living a moral life too. Lastly, culture. The upbringing of a child will also have an impact on the life he/she chooses to live.
    5. These three are necessary to have a balanced life. Believing (doctrine) , doing (morals) and trusting (worship) are all interconnected since as they all lead to living a moral life.
    6. Responsible freedom means knowing the limits of your freedom and using it wisely. Asserting your freedom over anothers is an example of abusing this right. An example of responsible freedom is when you take a test and choose not to cheat even though you have the ability to.

    4. I believe family, friends, and exposure (like learining in school, retreats and etc) affect ones morality
    5. The three must be balanced because all three are meant to be lived by equally. Because living by them equally will help you live a moral life.

    1. Morality is being able to know the difference between right or wrong in all the decisions that you make.

    2. Christian morality is being able to feel the presence of God and dedicate everything that you in His name. It is the trust that you give in him to be able to guide you in deciphering between right & wrong.

    3. Living a moral life is a decision that you must make on your own without any factors affecting it, not even your own religion. Thus, being a Christian is NOT a requirement to be able to live a moral life. It is merely an option if the Christian life that you have chosen to live affected you in a way in which you choose to walk the earth following a moral life.

    4.
    > Family: It is family because they are first people who influence us in our values and beliefs. They mold us to who we are today before they hace sent us out into the world.
    > Friends: Mostly, our friends are the people in which we tell everything to and they guide us and help us make the right decision for the betterment of our lives.
    > Experiences (whether good or bad): The things we experience in life forms us in more ways than one whether they the form us to be colder people or for the better which is why it is out of the strongest factors that influences ones decision to live a moral life.

    5.
    > Doctrine: The doctrine is being able to know the basics of our Faith and the truth about it. It is like the first step in living a moral life which is being able to have the knowledge to put it into action.
    >Moral: The moral is the judgement of a right or wrong action of a person.
    >Worship: This is like the food for the soul, is is being able to worship God and have him by you in everything you do.

These 3 factors are needed to be able to live a good & moral life. They support each other and without one of them, the moral life that we are trying to portray won’t be complete.

    6.
    > Responsible Freedom is being able to exercise your freedom with the limitations of knowing what is right or wrong for us to not to be able to hurt or affect others.
    > Ex. You saw an opportunity to be able to steal someones phone but you do not act upon that chance even if you are free to do so since it against morality.

    1. Morality is following a set of rules normally known as a code of conduct that is given to a certain group of people of a society. These codes are supposed to be followed to be able to have a normal and harmonious relationships within the society.
    2. Christian Morality talks about how a person or a group of people conduct themselves in a certain way in doing Christian values. It should always show a behavior that is truly acceptable and rightful. There are times that some things may be taken as "immoral" then this means that a person is doing what is is not right, "not allowed"'or something that is unacceptable.
    3. I believe that there is no requirement needed for a person to live a moral life since there are those who belong to some religion and are not Christians but still know what is right and wrong. But definitely, Christians will most likely live a moral life since it is the one that is taught to them and asked to practice throughout their lives.
    4. The three factors that strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life are:
    A. Influence of good God- fearing friends
    B. To stay away from negative things like drugs, drinking and others that can ruin one's
    judgement and decision making.
    C. Enriching your life by learning the Word of God.
    5. Three dimensions of Faith
Doctrine - refers to what is read in the Bible. Normally it is the word of God as read through the scriptures. It tells us what we should do and teaches us the lessons behind the word of God.
Moral - is how we act on a certain law according to how it happens in our society. It is how we lead to decide on things and see whether it is right or wrong.
Worship - is how we show our love and praise to The Lord. We show our utmost love and
thanks through singing and joining in the fellowship of the Lord.
    6. Responsible Freedom
As a person, everyone is given the free will to do things that he or she thinks will be best for him. We are allowed to do anything we like provided that it will not hurt us. Whatever we decide to do, whether good or bad then we should learn to be responsible for its outcome.

    1. Morality is having a good sense of judgement.
    2. Christian Morality is using your sense of judgement under the influence of christian teachings.
    3. For one person to be moral it is not a requirement to be a christian. Morality can be seen in all people and all religion. We also can't say that just because a person is not a christian he/she is not moral.
    4. Parents- From the moment we were born up until the day we become independent individuals help us develop our morality by influencing our decisions and helping us determine right from wrong. Teachers- Our teachers also have a great influence on our morality. At an early age teachers teach us not only basic lessons, but how to make the right choices and open our minds to the world around us. Friends- the people who we hangout with also influence our decisions and influence our morality.
    5. These are essential for us to live a christian moral life.
    6. Knowing how to throw your trash properly in public even though you know its a free country.

    1. Morality is the way a person sees life and how they live it based on their morals, values, and their way of thinking. It is how we see things as either good or bad and by how much.
    2. Christian Morality is the way we see life as we do with normal morality but we add values that we have learned from our Christian culture to find with a degree how good or bad a specific action is.
    3. No. Even if one is not a Christian, a person can still live a moral life so long as his/her way of living it is acceptable and practice good values.
    4. Family problems is one factor because the people who we spend most of our lives with may affect the way we look at life. Another would be problems circulating with friends, since the people who we have met may not be how we'd expect them, thus we may have our morals changed once a problem around the group arises. One last factor would be the society around us. Society has been changing a lot, and it influences our morals of how we live and see life.
    5. The 3 dimensions of faith should all live in balance in a person. Without one, or if one outweighs the other, our way of living life would be different.
    6. Responsible freedom is your right to exercise what is right while you exercise your freedom.

    1. Morality is the sense of knowing between right and wrong, of doing what wouldn't hurt anyone.
    2. Christian morality is morality based on scripture and what God wants/needs us to do.
    3. No, because anyone can and should do good, regardless of religion.
    4. Friends, the way their family brings them up, and the influence of the environment they're in.
    5. They are aspects of our faith which need to be balanced out so we don't focus too much on just one of the three.
    6. Responsible freedom is being responsible for whatever it is you do. You have to make right and just choices and take responsibility if you happen to mess up.

    1. Morality is knowing/judging the difference between right and wrong.
    2. Christian morality is applying Christian values/virtues into your judgment of right and wrong.
    3. No it is not a requirement for a person to be a Christian to live a moral life. People of other religions can live moral lives as well, as long as they choose to do the right thing.
    4. Three factors that can influence a person to live a moral life would be: religion, upbringing and friends. All types of religion have their own moral values, which influence people to live morally sound lives. The upbringing of an individual can have a huge impact on one's moral life. If we were not taught at a young age the difference between right from wrong, we could grow up to be adults and still not know the difference. Your friends also influence the way you think about things. One friend could be telling you that what you're doing is "right" when it really isn't. This affects your moral standing on things.
    5. The three dimensions of faith are all needed in the holistic formation of a Christian. Doctrines, morals and worship are all needed to grow and form one person into a true Christian.
    6. Responsible freedom is using your freedom responsibly and for the right causes. For example: God gave you the freedom to lie to your parents, but you don't, because you know it's the wrong thing to do and it isn't responsible.

    1. What is morality?
Morality in a general sense, is the ability to tell right from wrong based on one's own experiences or another's.
    2. What is Christian morality?
Christian morality is no different from ones own sense but it includes the life teachings of the bible and the works of Jesus.
    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?
Not necessarily. You don't have to be a Christian to know right from wrong. The bible can be considered another guide or foundation that leads to a person's moral upbringing.
    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex:family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.
Family's general morals can trigger the person to either roll with their flow or rise up to become better than them.
One's friends can add or change a person's morals because of mixed upbringings between each person.
Traumatic experiences can trigger a heavy shift in one's morals
    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?
They're all linked and pointed towards God and neighbor
    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.
As humans, we were given the power of free will. But like all powers they come with limitations. Responisble freedom means being able to do whatever you want with the complete understanding of your actions and intentions.

    1. Morality is the differentiation between what's right and what's wrong.
    2. Christian Morality is the perception whether something is against or isn't against the Christian values and beliefs.
    3. No, because morality isn't limited to Christianity. What's against Christian beliefs may not necessarily be against the beliefs of other religion.
    4. Family is basically like the first teacher for a person. The environment around a person could change his beliefs, depending on the situations and events happening to him. Lastly, Religion is the biggest influence since it is a set of beliefs and values that people strictly follow.
    5. These 3 dimensions are somewhat connected to living a moral life and all three are important to it. Without doctrine, you could easily be influenced by things surrounding you. Without moral, you could never be able to understand what's right and what's wrong. Without worship, living a moral life by the doctrine would be pointless if you don't even worship the Lord.
    6. Responsible Freedom is use of freedom for the greater good than use it for malicious purposes. One may start a war on other to gain more but decides not to because it will affect the lives of others.

    1. Morality is the determination of what should be done and what should not be done.

    2. Christian morality is when you decide to make a choice under the influence of God.

    3. No, because regardless of religion, anyone can live a moral life as long as you exercise good values and do what is right.

    4. Family, friends, and society can influence a person to live a moral life. Parents should teach their children moral principles and set a good example at a young age in order to facilitate their moral development. Our friends, on the other hand, influence us to make choices and also affect our decisions. Lastly, society has a strong impact on our morality because of all the happenings and the people around us.

    5. The doctrines ground our moral life and are our sources of understanding regarding our faith. Our morals are the values that we inculcate in our lives, and lastly, keeping God in our hearts show that we truly worship Him. These three dimensions of faith are all essential and must be balanced because without one of them, we won't be able to live a good moral life.

    6. Responsible freedom means you have the ability to choose between doing good or bad, but choose to do good instead, since your actions will reflect your morality. For example, you have the freedom not to celebrate mass and go to Church every Sunday; but you still do, because you know this is the right thing and will make you a better Christian.

friends - real friends help you avoid doing what is wrong
    5. They can help strengthen your relationship with God

    1. Morality is knowing the difference between wrong and right.

    2. Christian morality is making moral choices with Jesus in mind.

    3. I don't think so, because religion shouldn't be the only reason for you to make the right choices.

    4. Family upbringing is one factor that can effect a person's morality because if he/she did not grow up in a safe environment at home, he/she would not have a proper role model who would show them what's wrong and what's right. Another factor is who the person chooses to surround themselves with. If his/her friends aren't doing the right thing, he/she will most likely follow them because of peer pressure. Lastly, the things he/she sees on any type of entertainment will have a strong influence on a person's morality.

    5. All these things balance each other out, and is needed to live a moral life.

    6. Responsible freedom is using your freedom the right way and doing good. For example, if you could easily steal something from a convenient store, but you choose not to because you know it's not right.

    1. Morality is an individual's concept or perspective of conduct which is greatly affected by various cultures in a society.

    2. Christian morality reflects how we apply the values taught by the Church into our decisions.

    3. No, a religion will never define someone's morality. We all have our own beliefs and that's what makes us diverse.

    4. Family, environment, and experiences. How you act/behave in society often reflects the way your parents raised you as a child. As you grow older, it may change as you get exposed to a new environment (school, friends, etc). Lastly, experiences may positively (or negatively) affect your personality and change how you perceive and handle situations.

    5. Doctrine is the basic foundation of one's faith while moral is the real-life application. Worship is how we uniquely express our love for God. Together, these dimensions help us develop holistically as a Christian.

    6. Responsible freedom is learning when to take credit or when to take full accountability of something caused by our own decisions. For example, instead of blaming others for what you did, choose what is right and simply accept your fault.

    3. No. You can live a good moral life even without being a Christian. Although, Christianity can help in achieving a life with good morals
    4. Family - How the parents think and act
Friends - People who you stay with can ultimately affect your morals
Life - The decisions and consequences of one's actions can affect their moral standings as well
    5. When balanced, They help in strengthening one's connection with God

    1. Morality is differentiating what is right from wrong and applying this to one's actions and decisions in life.

    2. Christian morality is allowing one's faith to guide and influence him/her into doing good. It is choosing to do everything in God's name, and being able to relate His teachings to his/her daily life.

    3. Although being a Christian may play a huge role on one's personal decisions, it is NOT necessarily a requirement for a person to live a moral life. Humans must simply possess the mindset to choose the good over the bad regardless of her or his religion.

    4. Factors that may strongly influence a person to live a moral life include

    • Friends: A person trusts and usually surrounds himself with his friends. Once they offer genuine guidance, support, and show good intentions, he is to be led into making the right choices.
    • Family: The family is what shapes the child before he becomes an independent individual. The parents serve as an aid in his/her development as they teach several values that influence his/her morality.
    • Environment: A person can easily be swayed by what he or she is constantly faced with. A well-developed environment free from crime, drugs and other forms of malice will allow him/her to do good and live accordingly.

    5. The three dimensions of faith, namely Doctrine, Moral and Worship are all essential for one to live a well balanced life. They all support one another as they lead people into living moral lives.

    • Doctrine: The doctrine is the basic principles and teachings of our faith, and explains the truths behind it through word of God. It acts as the mind or knowledge that influences us into living a moral life.
    • Moral: It is the judgement of right from wrong.
    • Worship: Worship is devotion to the Lord through acts such as prayer and religious ceremonies. It is putting both the mind and heart of our Faith into action.

    6. Responsible freedom is simply the use of freedom to the extent that it does not negatively affect others. It is exercising freedom wisely and righteously without abusing it. An example of responsible freedom is being given time to use our learning devices during class discussion, and choosing to take down notes instead of engaging in recreational activities.

    1. Morality is knowing how to choose from what is right and from what is wrong.

    2. Christian mortality is to choose something God would approve of.

    3. In my opinion, being Christian isn't a requirement for someone to love a moral life. As long as you can choose from right and wrong, you can live a 'moral' life.

    4. Family, they're the people who are the closest to you, and would most likely be one of the first people whom you ask for advice when dealing with a situation where you choose to do different things in life. Friends, another group of people whom you're close to. A person's friends can be the people who can influence a person to make the choices in life. It is either because of the person's surroundings when they're around these people or how they advice the person as they make their life choices. Finally, the person him/herself. If someone can't ask someone for advice that would affect their live chooses/morality, they would always ask themselves what to do.

    5. They are there to help us become closer to God, and to understand more what it is like to live a morally christian life.

    6. Responsible freedom is when you're using your freedom (or when you're not not really doing much) for something good and right. An example could be in a situation where you can easily from another classmate's paper during a test, but you choose not to. You've got a choice and the freedom to do so but choosing not to do something that isn't right can show your responsible freedom.

    1. Morality is a belief on what is the right behavior and what is wrong behavior; the differentiation of actions that are good and bad
    2. Christian morality is our belief in God. It's based on our behavior on the application of Gods law
    3. No it is not a requirement to be Christian for someone to live a moral life because our religion won't define our own morality.
    4. Family is a strong influence because our family is what surrounds us and they are the ones that have made an impact in our lives. Friends give us different influences which can change our morality. And the environment we live in,
    5. The 3 dimensions of faith help us live a moral life and strengthens our relationship with God
    6. Responsible freedom is when you know what the right thing to do with the freedom you have. You are able to tell what is right and what is wrong and take the responsibility of doing good knowing you have the option to do otherwise. For example, someone asks if they can copy your test but you choose not to because you know cheating is bad.

    1. Morality is the basis on which a person bases his/her choices and actions; relating to a conscience, it tells one on the morals he/she believes in.
    2. Christian morality is what the Church deems as the right way to live, the right path to take, the foundation on which all life choices must be made upon for us to live a full life with God.
    3. No, for some, they are raised in without any exposure to the Christian life, however that doesn't make one immoral. Also if you live through the morals of the Church and act as how a true follower of Christ should act, then you are living a moral life whether or not you believe in God.
    4. Society, once you see your society doing good and living a good life and being happy through the morals of the Church, you see first hand how much love God gives when you live a moral life.
Faith, through you love for God, and the love He has given you, you have the need to live a moral life in Him.
Family, your family is your basis on which way you would go, they are with you always, even if you leave, they have a great impact on you, and they will give you the tools to live a moral life.
    5. I believe it is a good balance and good branches of faith, for we need to have all to live a righteous life in faith of God.
    6. For example when you start living on your own, paying your ways and living alone, you are free to do anything, you have the power over your life, but you must remember that there are things you must do to have that freedom and live happily. You must be responsible and weary of the things you do for they may affect you and others badly if you don't.

    1. Morality is the extent of knowing if something is right or wrong.
    2. Christian Morality is the extent of how a christian person sees the right and wrong in everything.
    3. It is not required to be a christian so a person can live a moral life. It is through the descision of the person
    4. 3 factors that can help someone live a moral life is a family, friend, and God. A family and friend support the life a person chooses and God is there to guide.
    5. All three dimensions can influence a person through each of their definitions.
6.Responible freedom is using the freedom given to you in a wise manner. For example you can only eat one cup of ice cream a day, now you can eat two.

    1. Morality is the human ability to differencate what actions may be right or wrong.
However, what right or wrong may mean, depends per person

    2. Christian morality is basically the same thing as normal morality,
Save for the fact that what is defined as right and wrong, pretains to values in the Bible and such.

    3. Absolutely not, because all humans (regardless of race, culture, etc) have the equal potential to live a moral life.
And as I stated before, what is right and wrong depends on the person.
So you may be a Christian, but what you see as morally wrong, is morally right for someone else.

    4. Relationships of any sort is a pretty big factor in affecting a person's morals.
Especially with the person's parents and friends.
Parents, because young children tend to base their own moral beliefs, off what their parents taught them at an early age.
Friends can also have a big influence on a person's morals, especially if they both deeply trust each other, and are more than willing to listen to each other's advice and such.
And finally, the person's own life experiences.
These experiences can really shape a person's morality, even if they may be small little occurances.
For example, a person who has lived through several horrible life experiences, may have their own morality twisted by them.

    5. I can say, that each dimension of faith has it's importance to the people.
But definitely, not all of the people.
The only dimension that can pretain to every single person, would be moral.

    6. Responsible freedom is basicially using what freedom you have to do good (or wise) actions through out your life.
    For example, school work.
It's a simple choice of doing or not doing it, but you have to remember that all actions have consequences.

    1. Morality is the knowledge of what is right over what is wrong. It is the power to choose to do good other than what is bad.

    2. Christian morality is doing good things in the name of God. What we do is in accordance to His teachings. We know what is sinful, what is not, and we always choose to do what pleases and glorifies His name.

    3. No, because there are people who live by other religions. Morality is simply about being a compassionate person and having a pure and good heart, therefore, anyone can live a moral life regardless of their faiths and beliefs, so long as they show kindness and compassion to others. Simply put, anyone can be a hero.

    4. The Word of God can inspire one to be the best person he/she can be because in it is the message of how powerful God's love for us truly is. The people around us can also influence our morality. They can shape our character through the acts of kindness they do to us. In turn, we give back the good given to us to everyone else who may need it. Love is also important in being moral. It lets us reach out to others who long for it. Through love, others get to experience God through us. His son Jesus Himself is also a factor in our moral character. His many works of mercy and compassion are very much inspiring. When we see how gentle and understanding He is towards others, we get a sense of hope that we can do the same.

    5. Doctrine is the center and basis of the faith that we share. This includes the teachings of God and the revelations He Has made in the Old and New Testaments. Morals are the acts of charity and kindness we do. These can be considered applications of what we learn from the Bible. Worship is our direct communication to God. Here, we lift up to Him all that our hearts and minds have to say and in turn, God listens.

    6. Responsible freedom is knowing that you are free to do whatever you may desire, good or bad, but having the conviction to choose the good over the bad. An example is when we are in class. We may either listen to the teacher or play a game. The responsible use of our freedom here is to listen rather than play a game.

    1. Morality is the action/knowledge of knowing and doing what is right and avoiding what is wrong.

    2. Christian Morality is remembering that we are made from the image of God. Acting to how the Bible says what is good and what is right based from it.

    3. Being a Christian is not a requirement to live a moral life. As long as the person does what his conscience tells him is good, it can be considered living a moral life.

    4. Experience and Exposures - From this, you may misunderstand what is right and what is wrong, because you experienced something different from the right way. 2) Society - Based on the society, it may change the morality of each society because if the people of an area believe something is right, most will most likely follow that also. 3) Parents - depending on how your parents raised you, you will learn from them what they believe in.

    5. All are very important to stay close to God and are needed in order to be able to enter heaven.

    6. Responsible freedom is the ability given to you to freely act on yourself while thinking before you act. An example is college life, wherein you are "free" from most restrictions, but learning to minimize the wrongs and maximize the rights even if free.

    1. What is morality?
Morality is the variation between right and wrong.
    2. What is Christian morality?
Christian Morality is when we believe that God created all things
    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?
No,you do not have to be a Christian to live a moral life.Even other religions practice morality. What matters is what you believe in.
    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex:family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.

The 3 factors that may trigger for a person to live a moral life are the family, the people around him/her and his/her past experiences.Their family members are the first people to influence a person to live a moral life because since we were born and throughout our life they are the people who teach you what is wrong and what is right. The people around the person can trigger because he/she thinks that whatever they are doing is right since that is how they live.Past experiences can also trigger because this is where they will learn whether what they are doing is right or wrong. They learn from these obstacles in life.

    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?
These 3 dimensions of faith are similar in a way that they are all needed to live a Christian life.
    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.
Responsible freedom is when you use your freedom wisely.God gave us the freedom to choose. An example is when your parents give you money for school. You should only use it in school like for food, school supplies, etc. and not use it to go to computer stores and play games.

    3. No, because you don't need to be a Christian in order to be a good person. Therefore, religion does not affect our morals.
    4. I believe that the way we were raised by our parents/guardians directly affects our morals. I also believe that society influences our judgements and everyday doings. Lastly, another factor that triggers a person to live a moral life is our own selves.
    5. We need these 3 things in order to become a Good Christian and achieve eternal happiness.
    6. Responsible freedom means that you don't abuse the power of free will that is given to you. For example, there is an opportunity to steal something that is not yours, however you decide not to because it goes against our morals.

    1. Morality is knowing if your actions, decisions, intentions, etc. are either good or bad.
    2. Christian morality is the judgment of your behavior based on the teachings of the Bible/Word of God.
    3. Being a Christian is not necessary in living a moral life since morality is taught within most religions, philosophies and beliefs.
    4. Environment - this is the most important factor in the development of a persons moral life in their early stages, since most of a persons way of living is based on what they see when they were small.
Parents - They are your first teachers, so they are the ones who teach you everything about life before you go to school.
Education - This is the thing that gives us further knowledge to what morality is.
    5. Those 3 are very important in understanding faith.
    6. Responsible freedom is where we can do whatever we want, but we have to factor in our morals and understand if youre not doing the wrong thing. You have the freedom to choose to do the right thing or the wrong thing, but you make the right desicion.

Example: You can choose to copy off someones homework, but instead try to figure out the homework yourself.

    4.  Give at least 3 factors (ex:family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.
    Values learned at home
The child or person will follow or inherit the values being taught at their house hold since it is where they go home to everyday and spend most of the day

    1. Morality is the ability to distinguish what is right from what is wrong.
    2. Christian Morality is distinguishing right from wrong in a Christian's perspective.
    3. No, it is not necessary to be a Christian to live a moral life.
    4. Family Upbringing is based on the experiences that can strongly influence our morals. The family is the first group that a child encounters before being exposed to society, The family makes a person feel comfortable and belonging. Any occurrences within the family affect a person that's why how we behave is often rooted to how we are raised. The individuality of a person is a strong influence. Everyone has something that makes him or her different from others, and these unique traits can make a person be different from others. Lastly, a person's philosophy can also be an influence. Philosophies are what the basis for a person's behavior. Any actions made by a person were based off of the philosophy he or she takes that goes together with his or her personality.
    5. These dimensions of faith are what make faith complete. If at least one of these is missing, it can affect a person's life based on what he or she is lacking.
    6. Responsible freedom is making use of freedom that benefits you, others, and God. One example is our access to education. Not everyone had and has access to quality education. To help them, we should make use of what we learn and share our knowledge with them, so they can be informed, and they can benefit from this.

    1. Morality is the principal that distinguishes the difference between right or wrong. It is where a person chooses whether his/her decisions are for the better good or evil.

    2. Christian morality is where our decisions in life are solely based on what our faith believes is right. We remember that our image is based on God, and because of that, we are tasked to do what is asked of us as a member of the Church.

    3. A Christian life is what helps us make better choices in our lives. However, I do not believe that Iiving a certain lifestyle does not decide whether or not a person chooses to do right. Morality is about choosing to do right which everyone has the privilege of. It is not based on what religion a person follows.

    4. Factors that strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life are family, friends, and society. Family strongly influences a person to live a moral life because they are who will be with him/her for the rest of his life. The actions of one's parents affect the upbringing of a child because he/she will learn from what they see. Whether their actions show right or wrong, it will help their child choose what kind of morality they will follow. A person's actions could also be the affect of their friends. A friend's influence can strongly impact one's decisions. Society also can contribute to a person because when society shows that doing what is right is a custom, it is only an instinct of one to follow along.

    5. The three dimensions of faith are doctrine, moral, and worship. Doctrine is when a set of beliefs are taught by the church. This means that the choices a person will make in his/her life should be simply one that is ideal to his/her Catholic faith. Moral concerns with interpersonal behaviour, so that means that their decisions are what is either good or bad. Worship means to express adoration for God. I think that these dimensions of faith are what leads a Catholic person to a life that will have the help of God along the way of his/her path of life.

    6. To have responsible freedom is when a person has the privilege of doing whatever they want as long as they know where their boundaries lie. For example, a person can love another person freely as long as they know their morals.

1.Morality refers to living life in a way that leads you to a greater good.
    2. Christian Morality means to live life with morals but the morals that God wants for us and how he wants us to live.
    3. Christianity is merely an option of living a life with morals, there are many others ways which we can live a moral life.
    4. 3 major factors would be Inspiration, Influence and Events in Life.
Inspiration because there are times na things can happen and we get inspired by it thus we start living with morals. Influence because if we are surrounded by people with morals we might just end up picking it up and live a moral life. Events in Life because life can be very shaky. Good things and bad things can happen and, if for example you lived a disorganized life and full of darkness one day you coupd just wake up and realize it's time to change for the greater good.
    5. Doctrine refers to how we believe as a Church. Morality refers to how we should live according to God. Worship refers to how we should return and give praise to God.
    6. Responsible freedom refers to the power to do anything but with monitoring, morality and moderation.
A great example would be a man who had all the money in the world, but uses it for the greater good and not for lavish experiences.

    4. First factor would be family. This is because we lived our first few days with them and so we developed our initial deeds, manners, beliefs from them. Second would be your friends since we are surrounded by them. And lastly would be yourself because you make your own decisions which affects you in different ways.
    5. These 3 dimensions of faith helps us develop a stronger moral life. These are the factors that makes life whole.
    6. Responsible freedom is knowing which is good and bad but we are given the privilege to choose whatever we like but we are responsible for the latter consequences that may or may not come. Example: Knowing it is bad to steal, you still do it for your own intention.

As we know, society changes us because we are being peer pressured but as good Christians we shouldn't be affected by this and should be able to avoid giving in to doing bad things.
    5. You need all to live a moral life and to enter heaven.

    1. Morality is thr ability to distinguish the right from the wrong. This is not limited to actions, but it also applies to words, thoughts and influences you give to others.

    2. Christian Morality is in a way, patterning the things you say and do to the laws and beliefs of Christians.

    3. You do not necessarily need to be a Christian. People may live moral lives through simple things they do that reflect the good in them.

    4. Many factors affect one's morality: Society, in which the influence of other people may affect how you act towards your own life; Experience & Conscience, since we ourselves know what's right and what's wrong, and it depends on us on what we will choose to do,

    5. "Faith us not determined by religion; but on how we relate ourselves to the people around us and being the light to those who have stopped believing." The three dimensions of faith all make us further understand our beliefs and how we apply it to our lives.

    6. Being free does not mean we can do anything. We must always live by our laws. Yes, we are free, but laws and customs exist so that we may not wreak havoc and become chaotic. Responsible freedom means we will take responsibility on our own actions.

    1. Morality is something that will allow you to differentiate right from wrong. This is what usually guides us when we make our decisions in life.

    2. Christian morality is applying everything we've learned from the Bible to our everyday lives. It is basically possessing the values that we know would make God happy.

    3. No, being a Christian is not a requirement to live a moral life because people may have different perceptions on what their morals are. Religion is one of the factors that may affect the morality of a person but there are other factors that may affect this such as the culture of a person and other different things.

    4. Parents could strongly influence one to live a moral life because they are the ones who will be with the child most of the time during the first years. They are the ones the child will first learn from so basically they are going to plant the seed of morality in their child. Another factor could be friends. They really influence one to live a moral life because once the child has grown and started making his/her own decisions, he/she would be asking for advice from friends.
Lastly, the challenges one faces in life could trigger one to live a moral life because people learn from these challenges or trials and through that one will know better next time. These experiences help one's morality grow even more.

    5. I believe that each dimension of faith is important because without one, there wouldn't be balance in that person's life. These are essential and crucial for one to be able to live a goos and balanced life. Just like in a team, everyone must equally work hard because if only one were to do everything then things could go wrong.

    6. Responsible freedom is not abusing your freedom by using in a good way and taking advantage of your freedom by using it for the right thing and not wrong. So for example you are given the freedom to donate to charity. You are not required to do so but then you still do it because you know it's the right thing to do.

    1. Morality in general is the basis of our principles, what we dictate is right and wrong.

    2. Christian Morality is our primary belief in our God. For me, it's all bundled up in the Apostles Creed — "I believe in God, the Father Almighty...and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord."

    3. No, because we can learn and gain our principles from the people that we grow up with or from the people we look up to.

    4. I believe that our parents and the people who are part of our childhood years can influence us the most. This is when the developmental stages of our lives are, and we can be easily influenced.

    5. As I've learned, it's important to balance the three dimensions of faith in our lives, so we can live this out in our lives.

    6. Responsible freedom is doing any actions with he correct amount of restraint. We have to live with rules, because having complete freedoms doesn't mean you can do everything.

    1. What is Morality?

Morality, is a principle from which we know which is right from wrong. It is sometimes known as the conscience, or virtue everyone has inside. This proves that judgement from what is physically or consciously, right or wrong is born naturally in all of us.

    2. What is Christian Morality?

Christian Morality, is somewhat defined as, "Morality.. in the Christian point-of-view." This is shown by oneself, in which if he/she shows a certain representation of God. Basically, it is when someone acts out themselves to be an image of God in his/her own way.

    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?

Yes. As Christians we must live out as a representation of God Himself, as we were made in His image. To be given that profound responsibility, we naturally devote ourselves to live to our fullest, through good, humble thoughts, and actions.

    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex:family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.

    Dignity
A normal person tries his/her best to maintain their positive self esteem.. In other words, a person's dignity. To maintain this positive dignity, we must show that our actions are trustworthy enough to be dignified as a good, and humble person.

    Our Soul
Our soul is intangible. We cannot touch, smell, nor see. But by heart we can FEEL this heavy burden, containing or holding down our bad, hurtful thoughts. Because of our soul we feel what others feel. If it was bad, we would feel bad, and vice versa. Our soul, presents us with this feeling of guilt.. If ever we have done something bad enough. This feeling scares us. To feel guilty, it is very unbearable. Thus pushing us to trigger a person to live a moral life

    Passion
Passion, is this intensifying feeling of love towards something. Naturally we are attracted to people we admire, or relate to.. Thus making us live a moral life. This feeling burns through you and makes u follow it till the end. Your passion can be toward anything be it an objective or person.

    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?

The three dimensions of faith, namely, Doctrine, Moral, and Worship. These are what we must balance. If one becomes too much it falls extensively, to the point where we no longer control ourselves. If we lean more on the Doctrine, we can be insulting towards other religions. And so on..

    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.

Responsible Freedom, is contained freedom. When we are free, we expect a new whole different life, to which we can do whatever we want with. We can destroy it, or nurture it. Freedom, by definition is when we move out of our boundaries and live freely as we please. However, the term Responsible comes in. To be responsible, we sign over our printed name on whatever happens to ourselves or others. Whatever we do is recorded by our Life. When you forget about it, it punches you in the face. Responsibility is a fist-shaped, cold, concrete contract we all sign unknowingly, ever since we understood the basics of doing things; and it will always be ready to remind you of what you did, and either make you feel bad or good about it. So technically, freedom and responsibility combined is like taking your dog out for a walk with a leash. Freedom without responsibility, is like releasing a wild hell hound to your community, just because you wanted to. Responsibility without freedom is caging your dog in another cage because you're afraid of what it would do.

  71. 1) Morality: It is the core values that are imbedded within you. People that have strong and good values are high in morality; otherwise, they have low morality.

    2) Christian Morality: They are the morals and values that are carried by Christians - Service, Communion, Sacrifice, etc.

    3) Not necessarily, you can learn different morals and values elsewhere, but the morals and values taught within the Church are taught through the beliefs of Christianity and God.

    4) - Interaction and Environment around them
    - Influence (Social Media, Peers, etc.)
    - Hope or Doubt: These two are the deciding factors that direct a person's life, whether it'd be happiness/sadness or a negative life.

    5) The Three Dimensions are what complete the teachings of Christianity and strengthen our faith.

    6) Everything in life is a choice, be it to choose what's right or choose what's wrong. Responsibility of Choice is making a point to make the right choices. Responsibility of Choice is shown when we choose to help people or hold ourselves back from anger and finding a more positive solution, Irresponsibility of Choice is when we sin, do something wrong or something to harm ourselves or another person.

    1. Morality is simply determining what is right from what is wrong.

    2. Christian morality is how someone follows the many different lessons read in the bible and applying it to their own lives.

    3. I believe that being a Christian is NOT a requirement for a person to live a moral life because living a moral life is a decision that a person must make on his/her own without being affected by the different beliefs surrounding him/her.

    4. Family
    - Family strongly influences us to live a moral life because they are the foundation of our lives and they were the ones who molded us into who we are today. They are the ones who help us learn how to live a moral life and they also remind us to always do good things, leading us to live morally.
    Religion
    - Religion also influence us to live morally because once we learn more about our particular religion, we are being taught different beliefs that we must follow. As a Catholic, I am currently living a moral life because my religion made me believe that God created all things, and I have also been taught how to determine what is right and what is wrong.
    Friends
    - Lastly, friends may influence us to live a moral life because we enjoy being around these people, leading us to be influenced to do what they also do (whether good or bad). But mostly, they are the ones who guide us to make right decisions whenever we would need their help.

    5. I can say that these three dimensions of faith may guide us into living a moral life. If one of these dimensions are not present, it may actually stop us from living the moral life that we would want to portray.

    6. Responsible freedom simply means to become truly self-confident in using our freedom to commit what is good for our society and using it wisely without causing harm. A concrete example that may support this definition is when you see a certain amount of money on the hallways of school and choose to return it to the Principal or any school officer even if you have the ability to keep it.

    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex:family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.

    1. What is morality?
    - Morality, for me, are principles regarding the decision of a person between doing what's good and what's bad.

    2. What is Christian Morality?
    - Christian Morality is about making the good and right decision always, even if we are tempted to do otherwise. It is about making fair, right, good and just decisions that benefit you, and all the people that are affected by your decision.

    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?
    - No, being a Christian is not a requirement for a person to live a moral life since it is up to the person if he is to choose between doing what is good or what is bad. It is not determined by religion.

    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex: family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.
    - 3 factors that may strongly influence or trigger a person to live a good moral life are his surroundings (such as if he lives in a slum place, if he surrounds himself with positive people since they may influence the person with his decisions), his family background and upbringing, and his/her friends (as they are close to the person).

    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?
    - I can say that these dimensions of faith are very important in guiding us to be good Christians. These may help us in being a good moral character, and these dimensions encompasses all the substances of faith - which we, as Christians, must have and uphold.

    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.
    - For me, responsible freedom is being cautious and mindful about everything you do and say. One brief concrete example is the responsible use of social media. Social media is a very powerful tool that is used by so many people around the world to get real-time updated information. If people use it irresponsibly, they may hurt other people's feelings, or relay wrong information. The quote "Think before you click" promotes responsible freedom by telling users to think of what they say first before posting it.

    1. What is morality?
-It's your conscience. It's where you, as a person, decide whether or not to do the right thing. It's what makes a person good or bad.

    2. What is Christian morality?
-For me, it's following the 10 Commandments. Doing acts of kindness in the Lord's name.

    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?
-No, I don't believe that to live a moral life, you need to be a Christian. Everyone can live a moral life, regardless of religion. It's entirely up to that individual if s/he wants to live morally.

    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex:family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.
-Family: Majority of a person's life revolves around family. You see them everyday, every night, ever since you were born. It may not be a blood-related family, but people who care and love for you. These people are a direct line to what morals and values a person can develop and start learning; they'll be the ones who will be guiding you (and correcting you) from Day 1.
-School: Aside from family, school can have a major effect on a child's morals. The child will be exposed to things, both good and bad, and it can easily influence the child, considering s/he will be in school nearly the whole day. This is evident even today.
-Friends: This is why choosing friends you trust is crucial in a person's school life. If not taught the proper morals beforehand, the child will be easily influenced to do what his/her friends does. Whether it's good or bad, that's what majority of kids (and teenagers) do when exposed to something new. There's also the fact that people will put the child in a position wherein they suffer peer pressure, causing them to do things they don't want to do (if they aren't strong enough to say no).

    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?
-I think they're all connected. Without one of them, you can't fully commit to your chosen religion. I think it's all vital to stay in the path of your religion (while doing the right thing as well).

    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.
-When given the chance to attain responsible freedom, I think it means that even with all the freedom in the world, you're choosing to do what is right. To do good deeds and act morally rather than to act naughtily.

    2. Christian Morality is also the ability to be able to tell right from wrong, but incorporated with our beliefs, values and traditions as Christians.

    3. No, it does not necessarily mean that one has to be Christian in order to live a "moral life." Morality usually means that a person is able to tell what is right and what is wrong--it depends on what they had intended to do with their actions. Our religion may contribute to who and how we are today, but it does not mean that you have to be Christian in order to be a moral (good) person.

    4. a. Family -- our family is the basis of everything we believe in: our parents and/or siblings, uncles, aunts, grandparents are the major influences in our lives. The way we were raised, with our family's traditions, beliefs, etc. are a major factor to our morals.
    b. Friends -- it may be considered as peer pressure or following the trend; the people we surround ourselves with contribute to who and what we are as a person because most of the time, their personalities and eventually their morals reflect on us as well.
    c. Religion -- there are rules with any certain organization, such as the Christian Church. Rules such as the 10 Commandments were factors that shaped who we are as Christians and eventually as people. The way we act, the traditions and practices we follow reflect and influence our morals.

    5. The 3 Dimensions of Faith--the doctrine is a set of ideas that we believe is true, like our faith in God; morality is our ability to tell what is right from wrong; worship is how our faith and love for God is expressed--they all contribute to what we believe and what eventually shapes our morals.

    6. Responsible Freedom is the kind of freedom we have that was entrusted to us by God when he had first brought human to life. With our morals, we are able to tell what is right and wrong, thus, making us responsible for our actions because we know the intentions behind what we do.

    1) Morality is what defines actions
    2) Christian morality is being kind and considerate about the lives of other people.
    3) Not necessarily, but being Christian can play a big part of being moral.
    4) Friends, because the way they treat you may influence the way you treat others. Education, since we are told to have good behavior in school and belief, because what you believe in can strongly affect choices in life.
    5) We have our faith, and our faith along with its 3 dimensions may help us in being moral people.
    6) Responsible freedom means to use our freedom responsibly. An example of this might be using the freedom of speech without insulting.

    1. Morality is a person's belief in what is the right and the wrong behavior.
    2. Christian morality is the way a person applies God's rules to his/her own lives.
    3. You do not need to be a Christian to live a moral life. as long as you are doing what you know is right, you are living a moral life.
    4. One factor is your parents because they are the first people who will teach you good values. Another is your teachers because your teachers are your second parents and they will teach you to do good things. Another is your friends because their actions may influence you to do what they do.
    5. The 3 dimensions are essential for a person to understand so that they can help them live a moral life.
    6. Responsible freedom is when you are allowed to do anything you want but you have to be mindful of your actions because you will face the consequences.

    1. Morality is the distinction between what is right and what is wrong.

    2. Christian morality is applying Christian values to determine right from wrong.

    3. It is not, because living a moral life simply means making the decision to do the right thing.

    4. Family – We know that we can trust their decisions since they know us better than anyone else and know what's best for us.
Friends – Friends are people who bring us the positivity we need to live a moral life
Society – We easily get affected by the negative influences brought to us by society. We either choose to be the better person, or let them tempt us into doing the wrong things.

    5. The three dimensions of faith affect our morality by teaching us right from wrong in order to become better Christians.

    6. Responsible freedom is when a person has the wisdom to do the right thing independently, in spite of all the bad influences around him/her.

    1. What is morality?
    - Morality is knowing how to differentiate what is good and what is bad.

    2. What is Christian Morality?
-It's being aware that every person bears the dignity of being made in the image of God. And also like Morality, it's knowing what's good and what's bad but included the values we learn from God's word.

    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?
    - No, Because God is good that way, he gave us the freedom to choose whatever we want to do. He did not create us like robots that automatically serves and follows its Creator. Everyone has the freedom to choose if they want to follow God or not.

    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex: family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.
    - You can really determine how the flow of someone's life goes if you know the type of people he/she surrounds himself/herself to. If the person surrounds himself/herself to negative people, chances are, the person might be influenced to follow them as well. But if the person surrounds himself/herself to positive people. The person can live peacefully and follow God's word..

    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?
-For me, these dimensions of faith are important in guiding us to be good Christians and Followers of God.. These may help us in being a good moral character, and these dimensions will help us fully understand how we can apply the values taught in the Bible and the 3 dimensions also contribute to what we believe.
    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.
    - For me, responsible freedom is truly knowing that you're always in God's hands and you fully depend on him. Like everything that you do, may it be tests or speeches etc. you fully depend on him and knowing that you alone can't do anything without the help of God. and making Him the center of our hearts. Living by God's word is the meaning of responsible freedom for me.

    2. It's making a choice according to the teachings of the church.
    3. No, because morality is defined by decisions, not religion.
    4. Family, friends, and educators are among the strongest influences for a person to live a moral life since they are the people around most during the formative years.
    5. It is important to balance the three dimensions of faith as they guide us growing as Christians.
    6. Responsible freedom is making a choice not limited to one's interests but everyone else's as well. An example would be a wealthy person who chooses to donate to charity rather than excessively spending on himself/herself.

    1. Morality is the concept of knowing what is right and what is wrong through any form of action.

    2. Christian morality is having morality through the Christian values learned and faith itself.

    3. Being a Christian is not a necessary requirement for a person to live a moral life because regardless of the religion, everyone and us as individuals can do good things with our own hands in our conscience; we are the ones who handles our conscience for it and religion isn't that of affecting someone from living a moral life.

    4. - Family: Every person gets to learn what are the good things they should do and what things they should avoid; and the bad things they should also not take in action of. The rules and reminders given by our parents help us see and know what and how we should act and be.

    - School: Teachers give rules, reminders and teach us the values of how we should live our lives without being driven to acts that would endanger our life. They help shape the students' minds on what we should do and not do in and out of school because basically, as they say, school is like our second home - we get an extended extrapolation of what we learn from our parents.

    - Friends & Society: Friends will either influence you in a good way or a bad way; and so that shows that trust is a very crucial thing. We can see it from the way they act as individuals or when they are with a group. This is why we should always trust those who we think can shape us to be well and stable and not dragged down. Being contemporary with society, the people around us every day in the outside world make us see what and who they really are inside through their actions. They make us envision what kind of morality they have and how we would be if we were the same and its effect on us. It makes us contemplate on the many different varieties of perspectives of people's morality in them.

    5. Our faith is based on: Doctrine that contains all the principles and teachings of the Church, Moral is for our conscience and Worship for our big and full trust at heart in God.

    6. Responsible freedom means handling freedom in a way that even though we can do anything, we still know our extent and the limits we should be observable about. Meaning, we don't take advantage of our free actions. It is having great responsibility in handling the freedom given to us. An example would be - being able to choose for pair works or group works. We choose the person who we want to be with. But we shouldn't take advantage of their leadership because being a parasite doesn't benefit you anything at all since if you let him or her do all the work, what will you learn and get from it? High grades sure may be helpful in a perspective but that's being unfair. If we want to be with them, we should help each other; not let the other do the work. Equal effort has equal rewards, not partial.

    4. a. Exposure - If one is exposed to immoral things it is more likely for he/she to do immoral things. Though, others may see the consequences of the immoral actions through others and decide not to do it.
    b. Upbringing - This is the way we are raised. It is our norm, thus it is what we are accustomed to doing.

    5. a. Doctrine - Word of God

    1. Morality is the spiritual conscience that helps us distinguish the difference between the good and bad things we see and helps us in making the right decision for it.
    2. Christian morality is when we apply the teachings of the church in distinguishing what the church believes is good or bad.
    3. Not necessarily. You can love a moral life if you have the ambition to do it. But the teachings of the church help in strengthening the morale that we have.
    4. Friends: their opinions are the ones you seek most of your life and they are the ones who shape how you portray things as well. Family: your families teachings are the first lessons taught to you and are ingrained into our conscience. School: you encounter many different people in school with personalities and opinions almost entirely different from your own that influences your opinion as time goes by.
    5. These are essential tools that we use in order for us grow as children of the Church, to shape ourselves in how Jesus destined us to be.

    1. Morality is the way you live your life in respect to the teachings of God.

    2. Christian Morality is knowing what is right and what is wrong in a Christian’s point of view.

    3. No because even if you’re not a Christian, you can still be a moral person by just doing what is right. Just because you’re a Christian, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re living a moral life. In the same manner that a non-Christian is living an immoral life.

    4. a. Family - The whole family has the greatest influence on a person’s morality. It is because the family is what you have day in and day out. The most interaction someone could have is with his family.
    b. Friends - As you grow up, you’d meet different people and most of them will become your friends. They can strongly influence you to do things that you may or may not want to do.
    c. Society - People around us everyday have the most impact to either make or break you. That is why, you should surround yourself with positivity in order for you to be influenced by them.

    5. The three dimensions of Faith are essential because they serve as your guidelines in living a moral life.

    6. As the saying goes, “With Freedom comes great responsibility.” Having Freedom doesn’t mean you can just be free in doing things your way. Everything has limitations. For example, freedom of the press. You can’t just write something about a person because you may be subjected to libel. It doesn’t mean that even though you have the freedom to write, you will write anything that you want. There are certain things that are better left unwritten just like things that may trigger a certain situation.

They would never suggest or tell you anything that is morally wrong, because they are there to help you grow into a good person who has good morals.
    • Friends - They are the ones that can set an example of being moral and can also influence us to be just like them.
    • Surroundings - We can be influenced by things that surround us. It can vary around many things but we can learn many values from these so that we could live a moral life.

    5. These are what help us know what is the right thing to do and can also help strengthen our faith. Because these are what guides us to being a person who has good morals and lives their lives the way they want to, peacefully and spiritually.

    6. You can be able to do anything you want but still being responsible with yourself and your actions. You need to keep these morals in your mind to be able to achieve this type of freedom. Such as when you want to do something that you think could be wrong (like doing stuff that aren't for your age), yet you decided not to do it because of the morals you learned.

    1) Morality is the way we live our lives based on our principles to distinguish what is right and wrong.

    2) Christian morality is the way we live our lives based on the principles from the teachings of Christ to distinguish what is right or wrong.

    3) I don't believe that it is a requirement to be Christian for one to live a moral life. People from other religions may live a moral life as long as they practice good values and do what is right. But as Christians, we are taught to live moral lives through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

    4) The three factors that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life are:

Parents- From the moment we were born our parents are always helping and guiding us to grow and develop our morality by influencing what we do

Teachers- Our teachers are our 2nd parents and they help us develop our morality . They prepare us to become independent individuals. They implement rules that help us to be disciplined students and to make right choices.

Experiences- Whether the experience was good or bad, they remind us of what we have done and therefore we can learn from them. When we fail, we learn from our mistakes and when we succeed, we try to continue what we have done.

    5) The three dimensions of faith are necessary to live a balanced life. (Doctrine)Believing what is written in the bible and the word of God,(Moral) How we act based on good values and decided whether an action is right or wrong, and (Worship) How we show our love and appreciation for God's kindness and unconditional love

    6) Responsible freedom is knowing the limitations of your freedom. We are given the opportunity to do things, the opportunity to prove that we are responsible adults and we must be ready to accept the consequences of our actions.

    4. Factors:
    a. Family- Our family gives us the foundation of our basic knowledge and way of thinking. Often, we base our morals and our personalities from those of our parents and siblings.
    b. Experiences- The things we’ve been through affect our morality, for the more we go through, the more we mature and certain events can greatly change our perspective on the world.

    2. Christian morality is knowing if we are doing what is right and what is wrong, as well as living according to God's word.
    3. I think that for one to live a 'moral' life, one should have a strong faith in God, even of they are of a different religion. As long as the person's decisions are based upon good values and teachings.
    4.
    > life experiences - events that happen in one's life is a major influence because, specially during hardships, these experiences bring out the true morals of a person and makes them learn for the future.
    > family upbringing - this is a strong influence because most people are always with their family, thus the practices that the family are doing, especially the parents, influence the other members.
    > friends - these are a great influence to one's morality because your relationship with the people around you can determine how you act and make decisions
    5. The three dimensions of faith is a reminder to always do the right thing, not only for yourself but for the people around you. Everything you do will catch up to you whether good or bad so it is best to always do what is right.
    6. Responsible freedom is exercising our right to be free but not taking advantage of it. For example, if i am walking alone in the corridor and i see money on the floor, i am free to keep it because no one will know, but the responsible and moral thing to do would be to turn it in to a teacher or staff incase the owner is looking for it.

    1. Morality helps you decide between doing good or doing wrong actions.

2.Christian morality is a way wherein it helps us to distinguish what a good Christian should be doing in the eyes of God.

    3. No, anyone can live a moral life, it does not only apply to Christians it has no discrimination to anyone. A moral life helps us to become better people, improve our lives and help change others in the process.

    4.
    -Family as your first influence:
Parents and family are the first you people you ever meet in your life, they raise you and teach you almost everything you know today. Family also taught us many moral values such as respect, knowing right from wrong and many others.
    -Friends, teachers and adults:
These people help influence a part of your life too, having friends with good morals helps influence your good character as well as theirs. Teachers and adults teach you important things you may use throughout your life, they teach you other morals that your parents weren't able to teach you yet.
    -Community:
In a community you learn to have a bigger family rather than just the people you are related to, community plays a big effect on character developement and learning good morals by helping out others.

    5. These are the essentially our guidelines in living a moral Christian life, one wherein we learn to pick the good over the bad. These guidelines help shape our morality by showing us the dimensions of faith wherein we can learn more.

    6. Responsible freedom is given trust towards a person, freedom can be shown in many forms but it important that we use it responsibly. Responsible freedom can be seen in malls nowadays, people have the freedom to do anything they want. The part of responsiblity starts when you have to properly decide whether what you are about to do is a good or a bad deed.

    1. Morality is the ability to differentiate good actions/deeds from bad ones.

    2. Christian morality is doing good acts that promote the teachings of the bible, church, and Jesus Christ.

    3. No, you do not have to be a Christian to live a moral life. It does not take a religious lifestyle for one to know what to do, and if an action is good.

    4. Environment, living conditions, and the way others treat a person all affect one's habit to live a moral life. If a person is living a bad life, he/she would most likely act like a bad person without morals.

    5. They are all required for a person to be called a true Christian. All three are evidence and a way of showing how faithful to God a man is.

    6. Responsible freedom is when someone uses his freedom or free will for doing good. An example would be seeing a wallet on the floor with lots of money in it, but you return it to its owner instead of keeping it for yourself.

    2. Christian morality is living according to the Bible
    3. No. One may live a moral life despite their religion and beliefs
    4. Family- Our families are our biggest influences and they are the first ones that taught us about God and the Church
Society- Society brings in something new everyday and they could either help build our character or tear it down
Education/school - It is through our schools that we learn to follow and comply to rules. These also help us become better people and help us live better moral lives
    5. It is through these dimensions that our faith grows. It is because of these that we get closer to God
    6. Responsible freedom means using our freedom wisely. We are able to do what we want whilst being aware of the consequences

    1. Morality is knowing the differences between right and wrong. This is our basis on how we make choices.
    2. Christian Morality is making all your choices in the name of Jesus. When you live for God, all your choices will be influenced to be closer to Him and to please Him, therefore possessing Christian Morality.
    3. No, because just because you are a Christian, it doesn’t mean you automatically have the Christian Morality. Although religion is an important factor on how you make choices in life, choices shouldn’t be based on pure religion. You may be Christian and have a moral life, but it is certainly not a requirement.
    4. Some factors that can influence a person to live a moral life are
    • Wisdom from God- God is all knowing and has a deeper understanding of everything than anyone else does. When you get wisdom from God, it affects your moral life because you know that what you are doing pleases God.
    • Family- Children are usually surrounded by their families the most when they are growing up, therefore influencing how the child acts towards certain situations. Family helps you build your character at a young age.
    • Experiences- Our experiences greatly affect how we live our lives because we will learn from our failures and victories.
    5. The Doctrine is the basic teachings in our church, so we need this to learn and discover more about God. Moral is helpful to us because it teaches us how to differentiate right and wrong. For me, the most important is worship because we need to put our faith into action, and by serving God we are also worshipping Him because He deserves all praise. I think these dimensions can influence a person, but maybe not all people.
    6. Responsible freedom is having the free will to do what we want, but keeping in mind that we must also be responsible for our actions. For example, if you were given the responsibility to collect money for the mission collection, you have the freedom to just steal some money from the mission box. However, you also have the freedom and responsibility to surrender it to the accounting office to donate to the scholarship funds. In this example, the treasurer is given great power and freedom, but is given great responsibility as well.

    1. Morality is knowing the right and wrong thing to do.
    2. Christian Morality is knowing what you should and should not do in order to keep from committing sin against the Word of God.
    3. No, because you don't need to be Christian, or have a religion, to be able to differentiate what is right and wrong.
    4. Religion, because it teaches us what we should do in certain situations, family, because they greatly influence us, and society, because the way the people around us do things affect how we handle situations.
    5. They all need to be balanced.
    6. You are entitled to have freedom, but you must be smart and responsible about it. An example is when you have the opportunity to steal something without any witnesses, but you decide against it.

  122. 1. Morality is knowing what is right from what is wrong.
    2. Christian morality is living by faith and following the teachings in the bible.
    3. Being a Christian is not a requirement to live a moral life because it is simply your choice whether or not to be moral. We all have the freedom to decide and to choose.
    4. First factor is parents. Our parents are the people who know us better than we know ourselves. They are our role models and they teach us to always do what is right and good. Second factor is the people you are surrounded with. This will affect you being moral because of what you see them doing. At times, we want to fit in so we just do whatever everyone else is doing. But if what they are doing is right, then you will always become a better person. And lastly, I would say yourself. Being moral is a choice. It's knowing and believing in your heart what is right and good.
    5. What I can say about the 3 dimensions of faith is that they are of course all related. They all have a significance in our lives and we live by these 3 dimensions of faith.
    6. Responsible freedom is freely choosing to do what is right and good. For example, if you are taking an exam and someone asks you for the answer, you choose to remain silent because you know that it's the right thing to do.

    1. What is Morality?
    - Morality is having your own point of view, with the help of your beliefs, of which is bad or good/right or wrong.

    2. What is Christian Morality?
    - Christian Morality is a type of morality which basis is truly on the fact that we are made through the Image of our Almighty God. With that said, people who have a Christian Morality believe that all things created by Him, is good.

    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?
    - No. Religion should not decide how one is in his/her life. It is purely about his/her own decisions alone.

    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex: family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.
    - One factor that may strongly influence a person to live a moral life is their parents. They say, a child's first teachers are their parents so what is taught from the beginning may be carried out until the end. Parents are the most trusted for they know what's best for you. Another is one's experiences. One learns many in an experience, this may truly affect how they see things once he/she is a victim of such. Lastly, the environment/surroundings. People usually adapt to how things are around them. So if they see bad things being done, it could definitely influence them to do the same.

    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?
    - For one to have a balanced and peaceful life, one must make sure the 3 dimensions of faith is balanced as well. It is important because all are somewhat connected to one another.

    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.
    - Everyone can do whatever they want because of their freedom. But with the help of our morals, one can use their freedom responsibly. Knowing the limits of your own freedom is being responsible as well.
Example: Simply practicing CLAYGO. One may leave their trash and litter but chooses to throw it I'm the proper bin.

    2. Christian morality is when one knows God's commandments and he/she will apply it and spread it in their everyday life.
    3. You dont necessarily have to be Christian to be moral. One should just have good values and intentions.
    4. Family - family is everybody's first home and this can be very influential in someone's life especially in their early years as children. As children, we will tend to mimic how people act towards you and towards the community.
Social Class - one's standing and power in the society and change one's morals and values. The rich will treat others differently from how the poor treats others.
Religion - one's faith can greatly influence how one will go through life. following the teachings in the Bible can greatly help in living a truly moral life.
    5. The Doctrine contains the basic teachings of the Bible and the Church. the Doctrine guides us onto the path that God planned for us. Worship helps us remember that God is almighty and ever powerful. We should always recognize Him as our Lord and Savior. Moral is more of the action. the doing. Living out these teachings and values truly makes a moral person.
    6. Responsible freedom is when one uses his/her freewill to benefit the entire community and not for one's selfish needs alone. Misuse of it could be degrading people and push them down below you and claiming yourself powerful over them. So, we must remember that we are all equally loved by God and that He has a spot for us in His kingdom.

      4. Family, Friends, and the environment that surrounds a person can greatly affect ones morality because these are the factors that could surround a person in their everyday life.

    2. Christian morality is what is considered right by God and the Bible.
    3. Living a moral life doesn't necessarily mean you should be a Christian. Although it would be more moral to be Christian because Christian morality and it's good for the soul.
    4. Friends is a factor because they are very influential to a person, you're friends tell you what kind of person you are. Family is a factor also because they're the ones who raise you and they imprint morals on you. Lastly, the church is a factor because they teach you morals and help you become a better person.

    1) Morality is simply knowing the difference between right and wrong/good and bad.

    2) Christian morality is applying God's love and teachings into our lives and to have awareness that we are made in the image of God.

    3) No, I don't think that being a Christian is a requirement because even if other people have other religions I believe that having good morals come from within and it really depends on you and your of life.

    4) Three factors that strongly influence a person to live a moral life:

Family - I think that your family definitely influences you to live a moral life because they are the people you spend most of your time with and they are the ones there for you from beginning till end through it all. And your parents are the ones who mold you as the person you are today.

Friends - I think that your friends are important as well because most likely, if you aren't with your family then you're probably with your friends. And if they are your true friends, they will help you as you go through certain phases in your life.

Experiences - Your experiences in life surely matter because this is where your lessons in life come from. No matter what kind of experience it is, there will be a lesson after it because at the end you get only two things from an experience, a lesson or a blessing.

    5) The three dimensions of faith are equally important because I believe that they balance everything out for me to become a better child of God. Doctrine is important to the Christian faith because it tells the truth about our faith and this helps us not to fall into error and not to damage ourselves. Moral is who you truly are as a person. And worship is how you show how thankful you are for God, how much you love, respect, and adore Him.

    6) Responsible freedom is when you get freedom and you use it wisely and you don't hurt others by having it.
Example: Since you are free to say anything you want, you didn't notice that you already hurt another person's feelings.
It is okay to have freedom as long as you remember to think about the outcome of everything that you'll do.

    3. Teachers- these people are the ones who teach us, who set a good example, and people who also teach us good morals.
    5. The three dimensions of faith are the things which help us or mold us into becoming a better person/Christian.

    3. Not necessarily. Any person of any faith can live a moral life depending on how he/she chooses to do so.

    4. Upbringing is the most important factor, since this is what is mainly responsible for molding a person's personality later on in life. There is also the environment in which a person was brought up (calm, chaotic, etc.), and finally, the company a person keeps always has a hand in influencing a person's decisions.

    3. Not necessarily, anyone can live a moral life, being a Christian just aids in the enlightenment of what is truly right and wrong.
    4. One great factor is other people, people can greatly influence others to live morally by their own actions. Another factor is the "promised" rewards, people believe in karma, that if you shall do good unto others, they do will good unto you, so that leads them to living morally. Another great factor is religion, religions greatly influence living moral lives as it's just the right thing to do, as well as it pleases their God/s.

    1. Knowing the difference of wrong from right.
    2. Following God's laws and applying them in your daily life.
    3. No, a non-christian person does not atomically live an immoral life. It is just easier
for us to live a moral life, because we have a set of rules to follow already, but
other religions such as Islam and Buddhism also follows moral practices such
as we do and atheist have their conscience to follow.
    4. Friends- friends will always be a great influence in your life, because we tend to
want to feel accepted around our peers.
Teachers- teachers teach you many things, and we know they are knowledgable
    so we follow them
Parents- Our parents only want the best for us, and although at times they
seem irrational we still follow them, because we know they only want the best for
    us.
    5. These 3 influences are what help lead us to a moral life and become close to
    God.
    6. It means we should be responsible for our actions, because we have freedom
and we have the ability to choose what we do.

    1. What is Morality?

Our morality is our own decision whether an act is right or wrong. We use and live by these principles and judgement in our life.

    2. What is Christian Morality?

Christian Morality is the moral Christians live by and follow according to the word of God and the commandments. Christians apply these strictly to their lives. However, Christian Morality and other morals often contradict such as in controversies on abortion, contraceptives and euthanasia.

    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a "moral" life?

Religion does not affect what is right and wrong in real life. Even Christians act wrongly at times because we are all human.

    4. 3 factors that influence or trigger a person to live a moral life.

Everybody is brought up by our parents and family. The way they raised us affect our moral. They made our first decisions and it is through them we were able to learn to decide what is right and wrong.

People around us influence our moral. Our education and our teachers teach us what is right and wrong in school. Our friends and the people that accompanies us also influence us.

Our past experiences allow us to realize which action will be for the better. We learn from our mistakes and wrong decisions and we remember to do the correct one in the future.

    5. 3 Dimensions of Faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship

These three dimensions help us grow and live a good moral life and strengthens our faith. The doctrine or the teachings and commandments of the Church and God sets what is good or not. Our good acts and decisions through our morality make us a better person. Lastly, our prayer and worship to God will make us realize our actions and make us a better Christian.

    6. Responsible Freedom

We decide how we live our independent lives. Nobody can control us and we are free to do anything we want. However, this does not allow us to do wrong all the time. We must be responsible for our actions and we must have control over them since not all acts are right or good.
We face the consequence of our actions.
There are many scenarios when there is no official monitoring us and so, we are tempted to do wrong things. For example, we cheat during a test when the teacher is not looking or play under their class. Even if we are free to do so, we must realize it is wrong.
Another example includes bullying. We have the freedom to say or do anything we want but we must first think whether is will be hurtful to the person we are doing it to.

    1. What is morality?
It is the presence of conscience, or the sense of right and wrong(even if their right and wrong don't align with the usual), in a person. A person's rules for themselves,
    2. What is Christian morality?
Morality aligned/guided by the values/laws of Christianity (i.e. Beatitudes, 10 Commandments)
    3. Is being a Christian a requirement for a person to live a 'moral' life?
No, I don't believe that. Being moral, is to love and be compassionate for other people. To care for them, to be kind to them. As Christians, it is a duty, a requirement that should not and cannot be faked. For non-Christians, I call it a choice to be Human.
    4. Give at least 3 factors (ex:family upbringing, etc) that may strongly influence or trigger for a person to live a moral life? Explain briefly.
Surroundings- our surroundings shape the person we become. If we live/grow-up in more positive surroundings, the higher the chance we imitate these
People around you- they say you can start mirroring the five people closest to you. If those closest to you are kind, caring people, there is a high chance of you being like them. Same is true if they weren't good people.

    5. What can you say about the 3 dimensions of faith: Doctrine, Moral and Worship?
Doctrine- laws given by our beliefs
Moral- instinctive, "rules" set by ourselves
    Worship-
    6. What do you mean by responsible freedom? Give one brief concrete example.
Being free to do what you wish, does not mean that there are no limits, no lines to NOT be crossed.
EXAMPLE: You're bored and you want to do something other than study now, but you've got an exam on this tomorrow! It is up to you what would happen next, but the responsible, "right" choice is to study, instead of using your time on something of less urgency.

    1.  Morality is what allows us people to know what is wrong from right.

    2.  Christian Morality is the application of values God has taught us in the Bible. It is when morality and God's teachings are aligned and our actions are influenced by His teachings.

    3.  I believe that being a Christian isn't a requirement for a person to have good morals. Anyone can know the difference of good and evil, but it takes a true Christian to follow their morals.

    4.  Firstly, family may strongly influence a person's morals for they are a child's first teachers. A child can pick up their morals from things they may have seen a family member do. Once a child sees a bad habit, they might think it's "okay" because "daddy's doing it."

Next, the environment a person grows up in may affect their moral views. For example, if a person grows up in a crime-ridden neighborhood, they would think that some criminal activities are "normal." They would grow up thinking acts such as stealing and killing are fine--for that's how they were raised.

Lastly, the media may also have a great impact on one's moral life. A lot of people may say that social media promotes violence, rape culture, and other kinds of horrible deeds. For example, if a person is exposed to the thinking that "women are lesser than men," then their views on what's right gets affected as well.

    5.  Doctrine, Moral, and Worship, are things that, in my opinion, help one become a better person with good morals. They all have something to do with choosing what's right and living out God's plan for us.

    6.  Responsible freedom is shown when somebody uses their freedom responsibly and for the greater good. One example is the freedom of speech and expression. If someone was using their freedom responsibly, they would use it to promote good things and spread positivity. On the other hand, if someone was using their freedom irresponsibly, they would promot evil things and spread hate.
